July: 40 Euro;
From 1 to 6 and from 24 to 31 August : 42,50 Euro
From 7 to 23 August :47,5 Euro
Easter and New Year’s Eve : 47,5 Euro
CLOSED from 20 to 26 December
Discount 5% for a stay of a minimum of 7 nights

The prices and offers of the Farmhouse Marche La Rosa Tea (where not otherwise indicated  ) intend for a nights stay for one person,  including a buffet breakfast of local produce, ….., tray service for the preparation of hot drinks ( during the winter season ), use of the swimming pool with hydro massage and sunbathing amenities ( from June to September) and a spacious  parking area.  All the rooms have an en suite bathroom , colour television,  independent heating,  free Internet wi fi.

Check -in from 15.00 to 19.00. Please communicate any particular needs.

Check -out before 10.00. If you would like to check out later and given the possibility,  a charge  of 50%  of the daily rate will be made.

Animals are not permitted. For consideration to others  smoking is not allowed in the communal rooms and bedrooms.

Our cancellation  policy:

• Up to 30 days before arrival no penalty will be applied.
• From 29 th to the 7th day before arrival one night’s payment will be debited.
• From 6th to 1 day before arrival two night’s payment will be debited.
• On the day of arrival or in case of no show the full price of the stay will be debited.
